This little person's choir has toured southern California and performed at many civic centers and various churches. They are full of charm and energy! They express their love for the Lord through song. They are the heart of the Music Ministry. Often 40+ these pint sized-power houses can do just as much damage as any of the adult choirs here at “the Ship”
Only because of their unspeakable and abounding Joy do they deliver such excitement about the future of our church.
Thanks to the dedication of the parents to give their children the benefit of a Christ loving and Christ serving foundation.
VOICES OF TRIUMPH

This vibrant youth choir loves to lift the name of Jesus, and is motivated to give God all the glory by using all of the temple God has given them. 4TH Sundays our Youth of the church take over; from the Jr. Deacons, Ushers, the Voices of Friendship, Voices of Triumph and even a Youth Speaker. There is no doubt after they are done, they have left their mark. Their energy is infinite, as Pastor always says “..if I only had that much energy…”
Voices of Triumph were awarded $10,000 in the 1997 Quaker Oats "Voices of Tomorrow" competition. They have also toured Southern California and are by all means triumphant adults of tomorrow. As they are constantly growing and maturing in the Lord, their gifts and talents shine ever so brightly. The future of Friendship is in good hands!

This choir is known for its spirit filled delivery of inspirational and traditional gospel music. Their experience and personal testimonies help to deliver the heartfelt messages from the old gospel hymns to the contemporary sounds of today. This is one of the reasons they were chosen to open for the play "Precious Lord" the Thomas Dorsey Story. This choir has performed for Rosa Parks and toured throughout Southern California.

The Wrecking Crew is comprised of men of all ages. They are men standing for Christ. They have performed for The Leon Owens Foundation, Black Student Union, Santiago College, Black Heritage Cypress College, City of Placentia (Christmas Tree Lighting) and the RHEMA Annual Men's Conference. Their sound is unique as they lift their voices to sing praises to the Lord. They have shared the gospel through song at numerous churches throughout Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino Counties.

"Joy, Joy Gods great Joy", is the motto of this praising, soldier of the cross choir. Their excitement and enthusiasm is displayed in their energetic performances. They were chosen as the choir so support Christian Contemporary recording artist Jon Gibson with background vocals. Voices of Joy have also rendered services for the City of Buena Park, "Summer Festival", the City of Brea "Summer Days", the Nixon Library and many others. It is always a JOY to be in their presence.

Lifting their voices in praise and adoration to Jesus Christ, the Friendship Baptist Church Unity Choir of Yorba Linda, California truly seeks to inspire and uplift the spirits of audiences throughout the United States. This elite choir is comprised of members representing the other four FBC choirs.
The Unity Choir is accompanied by the "Levites”(one of the most dynamic bands around today) The choir has delivered the gospel for over a decade to fellow churches and organizations in the surrounding communities and throughout the United States. The Choir's prayer is that everyone will have an opportunity to experience the love of God and accept Jesus Christ.
In addition to touring the United States, FBC Unity Choir has performed at such places as Knott's Berry Farm, L.A. County Fair, Gospel Explosion at the Anaheim Convention Center, with featured artists such as BeBe and CeCe Winans, Shirley Caesar and André Crouch. The choir was the opening act for Women of Gospel at the Friedman Forum in Anaheim, CA for featured artist, Beverly Crawford, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, LaShawn Pace, and Tramaine Hawkins. They have also performed in the film "Present Time", appeared on the NBC sitcom "Suddenly Susan" and their own musical production of "The Soul of Christmas."
The choir's most recent awards include the Sheila 'O' Show for "Best Gospel Choir", in 2001 and the L A Black Music Award for "Best Live Performance by a Gospel Choir", in 2002. The choir's first CD, "Friendship Baptist Church Mass Choir Live", recorded in 1998 topped the Gospel charts for 8 weeks with the number one single, "If You Move Yourself".
The Mass Choir recording, "The Soul of Christmas" is currently available for purchase. Musical selections include 6 original Christmas songs and three rearranged Christmas classics.
Their Latest Project “Heaven in the Room” Recorded Live at The Grove Theatre in Anaheim, CA is a stunning 13 song proclamation to the world that we need to prepare ourselves down here on earth for that which is sure to come. Experience the many colors of this wonderful cd as bask in the glory of the Lord and all his righteousness.
As part of the largest African-American church in Orange County, the Choir's music provides a gateway to a rich, spiritually rewarding and blessed experience. Be prepared to clap your hands, stomp your feet and do some dancing when you encounter this anointed choir.
